Christmas Song for French horn in F and piano (2006)
Christmas Song is an arrangement for French Horn and Piano of a theme from little tree for children's choir and orchestra by Andrew Schultz and e e cummings. That work was commissioned by the Sydney Symphony for their Christmas concerts with the Sydney Children’s Choir, in 2004. This version, completed on 22 August 2006, was composed for my son, Max Schultz. The text of little tree is a child’s view of a Christmas tree being decorated.
